Promoter @ Achieving Impact 2014, Athens 26-27 February 2014
NET4SOCIETY, the network of National Contact Points for research in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities is organising a transnational conference which will take place in Athens at the National Hellenic Research Foundation on the 26th and 27th February 2014 on the occasion of the Greek EU Council presidency.
Antonella Fresa attends the meeting as representative of the RICHES project.
Entitled “Achieving Impact: Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) in Horizon 2020”, the conference will aim to highlight the important role SSH has to play, through its relevance and impact, in achieving the targets set out in Europe 2020 – the EU’s growth strategy for the current decade. The conference will also showcase exciting opportunities that exist in Horizon 2020 to help prepare the SSH research community for the New EU Programme for Research & Innovation.
