EAGLE project: excellent progress!
On 19 May 2015, in Brussels, EAGLE (Europeana network of Ancient Greek and Latin Epigraphy) was reviewed by the European Commission with brilliant results.
«Excellent progress: the project has fully achieved its objectives and goals for the period and has even exceeded expectations». So the European Commission (EC) concluded on 19 May, in Bruxelles, its review of the project activities.
RICHES Workshop: CH transmission in a changing world
Cultural Heritage (CH) itself and the ways in which it is made, held, collected, curated, exhibited or simply exists have completely changed in the XXI century. This context of change has also transformed the roles and links between memory institutions, CH professionals, citizens and economic and social actors at all the spheres of society. In order to understand this context of change, the RICHES project organised a workshop at the Turkish National Library (Ankara, Turkey), held on 13-14 May 2015.

NALIS Forum 2015. Sofia (BG), 12 May 2015
On 12 May 2015, in Sofia, at the Ball Room of Radisson Blu Grand Hotel, the NALIS Foundation held its 4th international conference, under the title "The Challenge to Collaborate in the Digital Age". This year, the event was dedicated to the large library consortia.
As special guest, Director of Promoter SRL Antonella Fresa delivered a speech focused on digitisation, creative re-use of cultural content and citizen participation and aimed at emphasizing the sociological impact of digital cultural heritage (DCH) and technologies.
Excellent results for the Preforma Project! Brussels (BE), 26 March 2015
On 26th March 2015, in Brussels, project Preforma (launched on 1st January 2014) underwent its first review, obtaining an excellent evaluation.
Promoter SRL participated in the meeting as Technical Coordinator of the project.

Europeana-Space technical workshop, Brussels 23 March 2015
Europeana Space is establishing a Technical Space as a framework for storing, accessing and processing cultural heritage content and metadata. Based upon IPR licensing, curators, scholars, professional users and developers will be able to search for and manage resources within a safe space, to use and re-use them for the evolution of knowledge and the development of applications.
The technical workshop held in Brussels on 23 March 2015 presented the architecture and implementation choices for the Technical Space of the Europeana Space project:
